An excellent beer selection and great vibes at the recently refreshed Wake Forest bottle shop. They've got 18 rotating taps and a nice selection of cans to pick from and a healthy wine selection. There's so much seating now with awesome patio vibes. Completely dog friendly inside and out!
Great atomsphere and selection. Owner is very friendly. Very clean. I even left my purse there and he kindly dropped it off.

Mike and his wife have done an amazing job with The Hideaway! Excellent selection and an all around great vibe. We loved getting to sit on the cute patio and listen to great music. We will definitely be regulars!

The Hideaway is an outstanding addition to the downtown Wake Forest area. The new owners, Mike and Jan, have completely transformed this establishment (previously Freddy's Bottle Shop) into a premier downtown gathering spot. Tons of outdoor seating, huge selection of draft beers, excellent wine inventory, and a fun and friendly atmosphere with live entertainment. The Hideaway is a must see!!!
This is a relatively new bar that sells beers, cider, and wine. The atmosphere is lovely, the owners were so friendly, and the live music they make a point to schedule every weekend was a well needed reprieve from a busy week! Also - if you're into Karaoke they offer this on Wednesday nights! Highly recommend if you're looking for a personable experience that allows for a drink and a space to recover from your work week.

This hidden gem located in the heart of Wake Forest has such a great atmosphere! Mike is so great! He's very kind and knowledgeable. The selection is great! It's a great place to hang out and have a drink with friends!
